Minister of Defence Andriy Zahorodnyuk announced the decision of the North-Atlantic Alliance and Ukraine on the new format of relations, which will be made in the near future.
The European Truth reports this, citing Zahorodnyuk during the meeting with the journalists at the end of the visit to the NATO HQ.
"We restart the format of the work with NATO making it more practical," the Minister stated.
Zahorodnyuk emphasized that the agreement was reached during the visit, which is why the documentation was still lasting. Next week, during the visit of the North Atlantic Council to Ukraine the decision will not be approved by the documents as well.
"The document will be there, but we will not be able to finish it next week," the Defence Minister added.
According to him, all the cooperative programs between Ukraine and NATO will be collected into one.
"NATO established a "one country - one plan" method, so the support of Ukraine will be provided within one program. We will become the first country, which will follow this method. The program will focus on the bilateral interaction of Ukraine and NATO", he mentioned.
