The date of the next meeting in the Normandy format (Ukraine-France-Germany-Russia) has not been agreed on yet. David Arakhamia, the head of parliamentary faction of Servant of the People party said so on Friday morning.
"As far as I know, the position is not agreed on yet. This, I believe, is an attempt of political pressure on this issue. As of now, it's uncertain, and the meeting could take place anytime. We have no information about this being the final decision", the MP said.
On September 15, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the meeting could take place within the next ten days.
Earlier, Zelensky stated that there are no relations between Ukraine and Russia since the annexation of Crimea and the beginning of the conflict in Donbas.
"Unfortunately, we lost the meaning of this word (relations, - 112 International). We lost it after Russia illegally annexed Crimea and the war began in the country's East", Zelensky said.
According to the President, previously, the relations between Ukraine and Russia used to be great - but now they aren't, as 14,000 people deceased since the beginning of the action in Donbas, and Crimea remains occupied.
However, the President claimed that the countries began a dialogue that already brought its fruit, namely the ceasefire in Donbas.
