Previously, Chubarov said Ukraine still has no tools to change the situation with the protection of human rights in the occupied Crimea and Donbas.

Earlier, Ukrainian ombudsman, Lyudmyla Denisova reported that Crimean Tatar Ayder Dzhaparov who is currently illegally held in Russia suffers from a tumor in his lower jaw. The tumor appears to be covering a part of his windpipe, too; that prevents the man from swallowing or opening his mouth. Denisova asked her Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova to take urgent actions and see to it that Dzhaparov undergoes due medical examination and assistance.
