The first summit ot "Crimean Platform" will wrap up with signature of a summary document, which will have to do with de-occupation. Anton Korinevych, the permanent representative of President of Ukraine in Autonomous Republic of Crimea said this during the discussion about Crimean Platform organized by the German Fund of Marshall, Ukrinform reported.
"We believe it would be a very good result if the Summit that is to take place in Kyiv on August 23 ends up in a summary document, a sort of political declaration that is to include all the key issues and troublesome areas regarding the temporary occupation of Crimea by the Russian Federation", Korinevych said.
According to him, such summary document will be an important result of the summit for the people who take care of Crimea-related questions every day. "The Crimean Platform will be acting permanently, as a process that is not going to stop until the peninsula is released", he said.
The office of this initiative will be staffed and working in Kyiv. It will be constantly dealing with Crimea-related issues around the clock.
The first summit of Crimean Platform is scheduled for August 23, 2021. The initiative was created as an International coordination mechanism, to bring Crimea back on the agenda, to protect human rights on the peninsula and to facilitate de-occupation of Crimea.
