"You can post funny memes about the guarantees of the Budapest Memorandum as much as you want, but it will not help return our territories. We are looking for new, effective tools in order to get this done. We have returned the Crimean issue to the international agenda. We are creating the Crimean Platform format. This is a coordination of the international efforts set to protect the rights of Crimeans and guarantee the de-occupation of the peninsula," Zelensky said.
