The court will soon officially indict the perpetrators of MH17 disaster. Olena Zerkal, Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs reported this on Facebook on Tuesday.

According to her, the recently released 'foundings' of Russia in this case are typical for the Kremlin's tactics of hoax and 'smokescreen'.

'The indictments against those behind the disaster of the MH17 aircraft will be presented for the court's consideration in the near future. The authority will also continue the investigation in the cases of international and legal responsibility, including those in the UN International Court, which Ukraine initiated', she wrote.

Zerkal also added that the joint investigation team of Ukraine, Australia, Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands looked into all possible lines of enquiry of the disaster; it concluded that the only proved line is the downing of the aircraft from Buk M1 missile launcher, which arrived from Russia.
