Solomiansky district court of Kyiv obliged the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) to open the criminal proceeding against Head of the State Investigation Bureau (SIB) Roman Truba as the court’s materials state.
The claimant stated that on July 23 he filed the application through the NABU’s office on the commitment of the criminal offense by Truba. It is provided by the article on the non-fulfillment of the court decision by official. The accusations concern the facts that the SIB director did not open the criminal proceeding on the demand of the claimant despite the earlier decision of the court.
NABU Head Artem Sytnyk also refused to put the mentioned data on the United register of the pretrial investigation. The claimant asked the court to oblige Sytnyk to begin the investigation against Truba.
The court agreed with the claimant and obliged the NABU to begin the investigation of this crime.
Earlier the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine (GPU) opened the criminal case due to the possible violations of Director of State Investigation Bureau (SIB) Roman Truba during the dismissal of four head of SIB Department.
