The Kyivsky district court of Kharkiv today has chosen measures of restraint in the form of detention of 6 suspects in the attack on a bus with Patriots - For Life organization activists. This was announced by Dmytro Chubenko, press secretary of the Kharkiv region prosecutor's office.
“They chose a measure of restraint for 6 suspects - detention for 60 days without the right to bail, all of them are from Dnipro. The trial is still going on to choose a preventive measure for other suspects," Chubenko noted.
Earlier representatives of Azov and the National Corps fired at the bus of activists of the organization Patriots - For Life near Kharkiv, there are victims. The MP from Opposition Platform - For Life Party Ilya Kiva stated this on his Facebook page.
“A bus with members of the Patriots - For Life organization was just blocked by people from Azov and the National Corps on the Kyiv-Kharkiv highway near Kharkiv. Members of these gangs shelled the bus from automatic arms, inflicting serious bullet wounds on civilians. They also used traumatic weapons, causing serious injuries incompatible with life,” he said.
Ilya Kiva added that two representatives of the “Patriots” were kidnapped by members of Azov and National Corps gangs and taken away in an unknown direction.
