The Council of Europe intends to allocate 45 million euros to support reforms in Ukraine. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin wrote this on Twitter.

"45 million euros to support the Ukrainian reforms is the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Ukraine, the largest in the history of organizational support package for Member State", the Minister wrote.

Klimkin said that Ukraine will continue to actively work together with the Council of Europe for the reforms implementation and strengthening the rule of law and human rights in Europe.

Today, 3 October 2016, from 14:00 to 17:00, an event “The Day of Ukrainian Reforms in the Council of Europe” will take place at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (Room 10). The event is organised by the Permanent Representation of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Council of Europe and Estonian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers.
