Vladyslav Kaskiv, the Former head of Ukraine’s State Agency for Investments and National Projects should arrive in Prosecutor General’s Office for an interview. However, as of 4 p.m. Thursday, he has not showed up.
According to Yevhen Yenin, the deputy leader of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Kaskiv voluntarily agreed for extradition from Panama to Ukraine and returned 25,000 dollars to Ukraine’s state treasury. This is exactly the sum he put in his pocket in 2012, when he chaired the National Agency. Back then, Kaskiv transferred the state funds to private companies, related to his own family.
The Ukrainian court released him on the bailout of roughly 5,700 dollars.
