Viktor Musiyaka, Ukrainian lawyer, the former member of the Ukrainian Parliament and the co-creator of the basic law of Ukraine deceased in the morning of July 22. LB.ua news agency reported that on Monday.
The cause of death was the heart attack.
Musiyaka's birthday coincided with the Constitution Day, June 28; he and his fellow MPs voted for the Constitution of Ukraine on that particular day in 1996.
His political career started in 1994, when he became the MP of the 2nd convocation of the Ukrainian Parliament (1994-1998). In 1995-1996, he served as the President's representative in the Parliament.
In 2002, he was elected MP once again.
Over the last several years, the official worked as a legal consultant of Razumkov Centre.
