Claim against Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs due to his discrepancy for requirements to MPs

One of the demands is to recognize the Prime Minister’s activity as an unlawful one because he does not register the minister’s proposal for dismissal

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv received the claim against possible unfitness of Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, for the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The press service of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv reported this.

The plaintiff asks the court to recognize that Arsen Avakov does not respond to the requirements to the MPs.

Besides, the complainant party also asks to recognize the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman’s activity as an unlawful one, because he does not register the minister’s proposal for dismissal.

The court is deciding right now whether to launch the administrative proceedings in this case.

As we reported earlier, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Arsen Avakov claims the row of provocation is planned against him and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Avakov also points out, that the aim of the provocations is to send on his Ukrainian and Italian bank accounts foreign currency, as if the payment for the services, provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, of covering the vote falsifications in favor of one of the candidates during elections in Ukraine.
