The People's Republic of China has donated 52 pieces of machinery and equipment to Ukrainian rescuers in the value of more than 13,6 million dollars. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Car cranes, car ladders, car cranes, crawler bulldozers and motor graders were handed over to Ukraine.
"I want to thank both the Ambassador and the leadership of the Republic of China. We first met in 2016, then you handed over the first batch of equipment that our specialists needed a lot. Today, we have our second joint project, when you hand over 52 units of machinery worth 95 million yuan. We are updating the whole fleet of rescue equipment and will systematically use all the machinery coming from China in order to modernize our forces," Arsen Avakov, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, stated.
It should be noted that this is the second project between Ukraine and China.
As we reported earlier, China’s military finds a cash-hungry partner at a Ukrainian aircraft engine factory, The Washington Post informed about it.
