The chances of introducing the lockdown in Ukraine currently makes about 90 percent. David Arakhamia, the leader of parliamentary faction of Servant of the People party said so on air of Ukraine 24 TV channel.
"The chances of the full lockdown make 90 percent. There's a chance we'll get lucky somehow, but currently it looks that way... Now, the issue is about how to introduce it the right way, and what kind [of the lockdown] it should be. The government states some sort of intellectual lockdown", he said.
Arakhamia also claimed that the Cabinet considers imposing the lockdown that would meet the actual requirements of every region.
Earlier, Maksym Stepanov, the Healthcare Minister said that Ukraine considered various options of further quarantine order, because of the rapidly growing number of new cases every day. At that, in spite of tough restrictions, objects of critical infrastructure can keep working.
As we reported earlier, today, on November 30, Germany plans to transfer 20 Life Base III artificial lung ventilation devices to the Ukrainian military.
“Germany continues to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine: on November 30, 20 Life Base III ventilators and other medical devices will be handed over to our military,” Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk wrote.
