Case against ex-acting Healthcare Minister Suprun on her incompenetce closed

The Kyiv District Administrative Court closed the case against the former acting Minister of Health, Ulyana Suprun, opened at the suit of ex-MP Ihor Mosiychuk. Suprun wrote it on Twitter.

"The Kyiv District Administrative Court closed the case against me in the suit of Mosiychuk with a ban on re-appeal. That's so quiet, without the plaintiff’s tantrums in front of television cameras. Justice is served."

Recall, on February 5, the Kyiv District Administrative Court banned the acting Minister of Health Ulyana Suprun from fulfilling the duties of the Minister of Health until the court decides on the lawsuit of Ihor Mosiychuk, MP from the Oleh Lyashko Radical Party, about Suprun’s incompetence in office.

Later, the Kyiv District Administrative Court clarified the decision: Suprun was forbidden to head the Ministry of Health, but she could fulfill the duties of the deputy minister.
