Canada is expected to extend its military training mission in Ukraine. Reuters reported that, citing its sources

Minister of Foreign Affairs Christine Freeland and Defense Minister Harjit Sajjan are to speak at the press conference, where they would most certainly announce that the government prolongs the mission in Ukraine, continuing its work with the Ukrainian military.

The contingent of 200 Canadian officers has been working in Ukraine since August 2015. Their mission expires in March 2019; however, taking into account the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine and conflict in Ukraine, the government of Canada decided to extend it.
