Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers decided to dismiss Ulana Suprun, the First Deputy Minister of Health during the closed session of the government today, on September 4. Prime Minister of the Ukrainian government Oleksiy Honcharuk reported that during the briefing broadcasted by 112 Ukraine TV Channel.
"Suprun is definitely dismissed; as I remember, Mr. Linchevskiy as well (the dismissal decision approved - ed.). And again, it is not just political dismissal, it is a technical change of the team in the Ministry. The new Minister has appeared - and he will be forming a new team. That is why technically all the former deputies should be fired. Mrs. Ulana was exercising of her powers as the First Deputy Minister and of course, we have approved the decision about the dismissal today. They all have gone on their own volition," Honcharuk explained.
Previously the Former Minister of Healthcare Ulana Suprun stated that Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov had blocked twice the recategorizing of medical cannabis from drugs class, which are prohibited, to the class of substances the circulation of which is limited.
