The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers has refuted the previous message about Oleksiy Honcharuk's appeal to the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. This is mentioned on the website of the government.

"The information on the allegedly filed appeal (...) is not true", the message says.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk asked District Administrative Court of Kyiv to forbid Dmytro Razumkov, the Parliamentary Speaker to consider his resignation letter. The press office of the court reports that.

Honcharuk's request also regards the opportunity to consider the resignation of any of the ministers during the session of the Parliament.

Currently, the court decides what kind of legal ground could be used for actions to grant the motion.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky convened the extraordinary session of the Parliament on March 4. The agenda will consist of several topics, namely the Cabinet's activities, the work of Ukraine's Interior Ministry, State Security Service, State Bureau of Investigations, National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Office of Prosecutor General in the areas of combating corruption and strengthening of law and order.
