Cabinet approves draft state budget of Ukraine for 2022 for second reading in Parliament

Ukraine's government has endorsed the draft law Mo.6000 about the state budget for 2022. The bill is ready for the second reading in the Parliament. Taras Melnychuk, the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine posted that on Telegram.

According to him, the bill has been sent for consideration of Ukrainian parliamentarians - along with the comparative table on the budgetary conclusions of the Verkhovna Rada with explanations of the provisions of these conclusions that are not taken into account, as well as the comparative table and explanations of the differences in the provisions and indicators of such a draft law as compared to the version given by the government for consideration in the first reading.

On November 2, the Ukrainian Parliament endorsed the bill in the first reading, with 273 lawmakers voting for the document.

According to the draft bill of the 2022 state budget, the incomes are supposed to make 38 billion dollars. Most of the funds will be kept in the general fund; some 5 billion USD will be kept in the special fund.

The revenues are supposed to make roughly 38 billion dollars. The budget deficit is supposed to make 3.5 percent GDP. 

The monthly minimum wage will make 91 dollars since January 1; 95 dollars since July 1, and 98 dollars since December 1.
