At the same time, Kuleba noted that Ukraine adhered to the position of a diplomatic solution to the conflict.
"Ukraine is committed to a diplomatic resolution to the conflict and at the same time our armed forces are ready to repel the attack if it is critical," he added.
As we reported earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the meeting of the Normandy Four would take place after the Covid-19 pandemic began to fade.
