The UK is accelerating preparations for Brexit and will be ready to leave the European Union with or without a deal already on October 31. It is reported by Reuters, citing the words of British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab.

"We want a good deal with EU partners and friends but that must involve the abolition of the undemocratic backstop. What the prime minister has instructed and the cabinet has accepted is a turbo-charging of those preparations," added Raab.

It is also reported that the British government has suggested that the EU will not revise the Brexit agreement, which was agreed with former Prime Minister Theresa May and to whom new Prime Minister Boris Johnson is opposing and is stepping up preparations for leaving the EU already on October 31 without any agreements.

Earlier, the Lower House of the British Parliament rejected the opposition’s suggestion that MPs had established control over the agenda instead of the government in order to block the likelihood of a country leaving the EU without an agreement.

We recall, Boris Johnson replaced the post of British Prime Minister Theresa May, who announced her intention to resign. The new prime minister defends the idea of leaving the EU "without an agreement," because he believes that it is hardly possible to make changes in the agreements reached between the previous prime minister and Brussels.
