The border guards detained a Ukrainian during the crossing of the administrative border with Crimea as he helped the occupants to prosecute the Crimean citizens illegally as the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea reported.

The perpetrator provided help to the occupation law enforcers during the holding of numerous illegal searches and detentions of the citizens in Khizb ut-Takhrir case. He was detained at Kalanchak checkpoint during the attempt to enter the temporarily occupied territory.

Since 2012, the suspect occupied the position of the head of the transport and aviation department of Chornomornaftogaz. In 2014, the company was illegally seized by the occupants but he continued to work there.

The suspect provided the occupants with vehicles during the searches and for convoying the illegally detained people to the remand center. He provided transport for holding of 25 illegal searches at house of the Crimean Tatars that resulted in the detention of 23 people.
