Border control in Italy to restore during G7 summit

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry recommends fellow citizens to consider it during travels to this country

The Ministry for foreign affairs of Ukraine warns travelers that the Italian government will restore border control procedures for the period of G7 summit. The event will be held in Taormina, Italy, on May 26 and 27.   

The ground, marine and aerial border crossing checkpoints will be working since May 10 till May 30.    

Ukrainian citizens are highly recommended to consider that during travels to Italy.

The G7 Summit is expected to take place in late May 2017 in Sicily; over 20,000 people are due to participate.
