Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States, claimed that Washington was ready to reply to Russian cyber attacks. ‘There are opportunities to do that; we’re sending a message to Putin, and it will be at the time of our choosing, and under the circumstances that will have the greatest impact,’ Biden said in his interview with NBC News.
The U.S. official added that Russia can’t possibly have any impact on the course of the ongoing presidential campaign in the States.
