The talks between US and Russian Presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin may take place on December 7 as Kommersant reported.

The final date is not agreed yet. However, according to Russian media, the meeting of the two presidents is likely to be held in the format of a video link.

"Their conversation (probably via videoconferencing) may take place as early as next week. December 7 is being discussed but the date has not been finally agreed,” the message says.

On December 2 it was reported that US President Joe Biden and Russian leader Vladimir Putin will hold direct negotiations soon.
