US President Joe Biden plans to offer Russian President Vladimir Putin a "diplomatic way" to resolve the situation around Ukraine. At the same time, the U.S. leader is seriously concerned about the movement of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border as News AFP reported citing a White House source.

"Biden will offer President Vladimir Putin a 'diplomatic way' to resolve tensions around Ukraine," the agency quoted a senior official.

According to him, the U.S. president remains seriously concerned about the movement of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border.

As we reported, US President Joe Biden will hold a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 30. During the conversation, a number of topics will be discussed, including the upcoming diplomatic talks with Russia.

It was also reported that U.S. President Joe Biden during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin will demand that Russia withdraw its troops from the borders of Ukraine. Biden will threaten the Kremlin to reinforce NATO countries with additional troops if the Russian Federation resorts to a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
