The statement of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the probable preparation of a coup d'etat in the country alerted the head of the American state Joseph Biden. In particular, Biden expressed his opinion about what Zelensky said on Friday's press marathon during a conversation with reporters on the same day, November 26, Voice of America reports.

"This worries me. Look, we support the territorial integrity of Ukraine, we support their ability to govern their state," Biden said.

He admitted that he would have to discuss this situation with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

“It is quite possible,” the US President said when he was asked a relevant question about the future dialogue with his Ukrainian counterpart.

On November 26, during the press marathon "30 Questions to the President of Ukraine", Zelensky said that he had received information that a coup d'etat to be prepared "on the first day of a month."

According to him, Renat Akhmetov was allegedly involved in the preparation of the coup. And there is an audio recording in which representatives from Ukraine are discussing with representatives of Russia Rinat Akhmetov's participation in the coup d'état. However, he added that Akhmetov's voice was not on the recording.

The press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov denied the words of the head of the Ukrainian state, Volodymyr Zelensky, about the preparation of a coup d'etat in Ukraine, including with the participation of the Russian Federation.
