Special forces units of Belarus and Russia will cooperate during counter-terrorist operations on the territory of the Russian Federation or Belarus. The respective decree was signed by Belarusian leader Alexandr Lukashenko today, December 13.

The text of the document was published at the website of the national centre for the legal information of the Belarusian Republic. However, no international agreement between the states was released yet.
