The government of the Republic of Belarus has resigned to the newly elected president. Thhe Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated August 15, No. 480, which was published today on the National Law Internet Portal stated this.
"In accordance with article 106 of the Constitution, article 9 of the law of 23 July 2008 No. 424-З" On the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, "the Belarusian government resigned to the newly elected president," the message says.
Lukashenko instructed to promptly prepare documents on the further work of the government. The President noted that basically the government has been formed. However, according to him, the government is waiting for some changes.
