Priority tasks were defined to prevent the illegal entry of terrorists and extremists into Belarus; means of terror, extremist and other criminal activities; illegal smuggling. Also among the main tasks is the fight against illegal migration and drug trafficking, the building up of infrastructure on the border and the border area.
For this, we intend to improve the monitoring system, the procedure for letting people and transport through, and the introduction of new technologies into the border guard services’ work.
