As we reported earlier, on November 10, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev agreed to cease the war in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

"I signed a statement with the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan on the end of the Karabakh war at 01:00. The text of the already published statement is indescribably painful for me personally and for our people. I made this decision based on an in-depth analysis of the military situation and assessment of people who know it best,” Pashinyan noted.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that the country supported the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan within internationally recognized borders.
