Ukraine's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that Ukraine will not provide military assistance to any country involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He wrote this on his Twitter page.

"Ukraine will not provide military assistance to any country involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. As for medical care, the whole country should look for pills for too fantasizing deputies," Avakov wrote.

As we reported before, presidents of Russia, France and the U.S. issued a statement on Nagorno-Karabakh. The heads of the states call for urgent stop of the combat actions.

Today, on October 2, the Armenian Foreign Ministry announced its readiness to start negotiations with Azerbaijan on a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
