Ricin is a highly toxic substance that terrorists often use. The poison can be used in the form of powder, granules, steam, or acid.

When it enters the body, the poison causes nausea, vomiting, and internal bleeding of the stomach and intestines, after which the liver, spleen, and kidneys fail, and then death as a result of the collapse of the circulatory system.
