Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev commented on the prankers’ call to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on his behalf. It is reported by the Kyrgyz agency Kabar.
He said that it happens when a prank is conducted in a friendly way, but "this was rather a political prank".
"It was not a friendly joke, but a political prank, I think I may be wrong and my sense of humor fails. Still, I do not like such things. It should not be done to a country with such difficult situation", he said.
Russian pranker Vladimir Kuznetsov, known by the nickname Vovan, claims that he trotted the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, calling him on November 2 on behalf of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev. During the conversation, which lasted about 15 minutes, Poroshenko asked Atambayev for supporting Ukraine during the UN vote on human rights in Crimea on November 15, as well as to express a common position on the situation in the Donbas region, in particular, to help to get the transmission of the joint border area under control of Kyiv.
