A lot of images and videos appeared on the web, showing residents of Lachin, Kelbajar and Agdam districts fleeing their homes and burning their houses, shops and other buildings.
On November 9, Armenia and Azerbaijan made a deal on ceasing the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. Russia acts as guarantor of safety; it deployed the peacekeeping contingent and armored vehicles in the disputed region to avoid further military action - for at least five years. According to trilateral agreement, Agdam, Kelbajar and Lachin districts will be passed under Azerbaijani rule until late November-early December.
