The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) are not ready to hand the suspicion to Head of President’s Office Andriy Bohdan concerning his violations of the law during the work at Azarov’s Cabinet as Pravo na Vladu reported on Facebook citing SAPO Head Nazar Kholodnytsky.
“The SAPO and NABU do not prepare such suspicion,” Kholodnytsky noted.
Besides, he finds the gossips toward the submission of the suspicion to Bohdan to be false but Prosecutor General may specify the information.
As we reported Special Investigations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office is considering giving the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Bohdan a notice of suspicion.
Thus, according to the investigation, the acting Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine contributed to the court's decision on illegal recovery of 1,2 billion dollars of state guarantees for "United Energy Systems of Ukraine" corporation in favor of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
This was done in order to bring Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the "Batkivshchyna" party, to justice.
