Alexei Navalny is detained by Russian law enforcers. As the press secretary of the politician Kira Yarmysh reported in Twitter, the detention took place at the entrance of his house.

At the moment Navalny is transferred to the police department "Danilovsky", the reason for the detention has not yet been announced.

We recall, in May Navalny was arrested for 30 days for the action "He is not our tsar", which was timed to coincide with the inauguration of Vladimir Putin.

It is noted that the detentions are held simultaneously with the brawls between the supporters of Navalny and the сossacks, who arrived at Pushkin Square and started beating people with whips.

In addition, every now and then comes information about the arrests of participants in the action in other cities of Russia.

According to "OVD-Info", at the protest actions "He is not our Tsar" by 14:00 May 5 at least 206 people were detained. So, in Yakutsk, 74 people were detained, in Krasnoyarsk - 43, in Chelyabinsk - 39, in Novokuznetsk - 26. Also there are detainees in Barnaul, Penza, Kemerovo, Samara and Tomsk.

It was noted that the planned protests were held in Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur in the evening.

Besides, there is information that people in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Magadan and Irkutsk showed up at such protests, but it remains unknown whether they were agreed with the authorities.

The start of the “He is not our Tsar” protest was planned to be held in Moscow at 9:00 today. Protests started in several Siberian cities, including Novosibirsk, Tomsk and Ulan-Ude in the morning.
