Advisor to the U.S. President on national security, John Bolton announced his visit to Kyiv. He wrote about this on Twitter.
“The President held productive meetings in Biarritz on the G7 Summit. I look forward to the upcoming meetings with our partners in Kyiv,” Bolton stated.

The American politician also added that he supports President Zelensky in his intentions.
"We support the efforts and vision of President Zelensky to create a stronger and more prosperous Ukraine," said Bolton.
This week Bolton is going to visit Belarus.
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal announced that John Bolton plans to come to Kyiv next week to convince the management of Motor Sich Company and the Ukrainian government not to enter into an agreement with Beijing on the sale of the enterprise. Bolton believes that ownership of the state plant will help China gain access to important technologies.
As we reported, John Bolton stated that Russia used technologies most of which were stolen from the U.S., as he said in an interview for Voice of America.
He also commented on the incident which happened in Arkhangelsk region. Bolton stated Russia was trying to master stolen technologies, but something “went wrong”.
On August 10, an explosion of a nuclear reactor occurred in the White Sea. Five workers of Rosatom died.
