Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius went abroad and is avoiding investigation, MP from “BPP” in Ukrainian Parliament Ihor Kononenko informed on his Facebook.

“Two weeks have passed, I addressed National Anti-Corruption Bureau to get an opportunity to confront MEDT Minister Aivaras Abromavicius. It could’ve taken place today but it won’t because Abromavicius left abroad. It is a pity that investigation is stalled, because I want truth to be established as quickly as possible. I also suggested Abromavicius to go through a lie detector and a cross-examination. I once again hope that National Anti-Corruption Bureau will find a way to investigate the matter, even though Abromavicius is avoiding it, and society will get answers to all the questions”, - Kononenko stated.
