Some 30 percent of Ukrainian voters already voted in Lithuania by Sunday noon. Mykola Dzyadzyn, Head of the local Electoral Committee said this on July 21.

According to him, as of 12.36, there was a line near the Ukrainian Embassy in Vilnius; it stayed there for about half an hour.

Five people came from Kyiv and tried to vote at that polling station, too; however, they failed to do so because their names were not on the lists of voters.

"We spoke to them very delicately and they realized that they failed to comply with the law on elections. We apologized, and they apologized, too, and it was over. In Vilnius, we've got less than half of all [Ukrainian] voters registered in Lithuania", Dzyadzyn said.

As is known, the early parliamentary election is running in Ukraine on July 21.
