Jury trial in Nadia Savchenko's case, denied all petitions, submitted by defense, Nikolai Polozov, the lowyer of Nadia Savchenko told Interfax. The attorney said, that all petitions of Nadia Savchenko were dismissed and the case was transferred to the prosecutor's office. Investigators' refusals were sent to lawyers my mail - noted Polozov.
The year before a Ukrainian pilot, MP and a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE Nadia Savchenko was abducted from Ukraine and now she has still detained in the Moscow jail. She accused under the case on murdering Russian reporters. Savchenko's lawyers petitioned earlier to close the criminal case over lack of element of a crime, hold the proceedings in Moscow, have jury trial and exclude some evidence and questioning of several witnesses.
In April, 2015 the European Parliament and US Foreign Affairs Committee adopted resolutions on Nadia Savchenko on release of the Ukrainian pilot.
