3,300 civilians died in Syria from air strikes of coalition, - human rights defenders

During the operation of the international anti-terrorist coalition in Syria headed by the U.S., 3,300 civilians died in the result of the air strikes as the representatives of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

The coalition on the fight against the terrorist group “Islamic State” (ISIS) claimed about 1,000 victims in Syria and Iraq.

The operation headed by the U.S. against the jihadist group has begun in August 2014 when the ISIS objects were attacked in Iraq. In September 2014, the coalition has begun to attack the terrorists in Syria.

Earlier, as a result of Russia’s airstrikes at Syrian province Idlib 13 people died. Later, Russia claimed to be continuing bombardments in Idlib, “if necessary”.

Also, it was reported that Washington is ready to strike Syria again if Syrian authorities will use chemical weapon. John Bolton, National Security Advisor of the United States warned Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation about it at the meeting in Geneva.
