At least 30 civilians died, 70 injured in the result of bombing attack by the Russian Army in Syrian Raqqa. This was reported by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Human rights defenders expect this number to increase. Local activists, in their turn, report that Raqqa is left without water after the bombing - rockets brought down the city water supply system.
Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry say that the strategic bombers Tu-22 destroyed a number of objects of "Islamic state", including the chemical ammunition plant.
