Since May 24, 280,922 Ukrainians used their right to change the voting place before the election. The press office of the Central Election Committee of Ukraine reported that on July 16.

Most appeals were filed by the voters from Donetsk region (42,642) and Kyiv (21,239). 

The State Office of Registration of Voters began printing the corrected lists of voters, passing them to district electoral commissions.

During the presidential campaign, 315,000 Ukrainians changed the voting place.

In May, the Central Election Committee of Ukraine passed the decree No.910, which simplifies the order of procedure of changing the voting place before the elections.
