The World Bank has worsened the forecast of the growth rate of Ukraine's GDP in 2019. This data may be found in the April edition of Europe and Central Asia Economic Update, Spring 2019: Financial Inclusion.
The report states that in 2019, the growth is expected at the rate of 2.7 percent, since the investments are still limited by complicated external conditions; there are uncertainties related to the electoral period, and the consequences of the high price of the foreign debts'.
At that, the rate might restore up to 4 percent, after the pre-election economic uncertainty goes away.
The World Bank's forecast about the growth rate in 2020 is kept on the level of 3.4 percent; the one for 2021 was cut down by 0.1 percent, and currently that growth rate makes 3.7 percent.
