Vladislav Rashkovan has been appointed as the new Deputy Director of Ukraine in the International Monetary Fund (IMF). It is reported by the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
The term of office of the Deputy Executive Director of the IMF is four years. Rashkovan will start at the Headquarters of the IMF in Washington, DC from February 27th.
The decision to accept the appointment is made by the heads of regional groups of IMF member countries, led by Belgium and the Netherlands, which includes Ukraine. There are 15 Member States in this group (Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro).
