On Monday US Department of Commerce approved the decision to extend the Agreement on price undertakings of Ukrainian pipe products. This was announced by deputy head of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Nataliya Mykolska on Facebook.

“This way, Ukrainian pipe manufacturers can continue to supply their products without paying the antidumping levy,” Mykolska reported.

The agreement was signed for a three-year period on July 10 2014 upon the results of antidumping investigation. Its term were to run out on July 10 2017.

“Due to joint work and Ukrainian position, the agreement was extended that means Ukrainian pipes will keep access to the US market,” Mykolska wrote.
