The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Forecast of Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2021-2023. The relevant resolution was adopted today at a session of the government.

According to the forecast, the gross domestic product will amount to 4,505.9 billion hryvnias/162.7 billion dollars (104.6% compared to the previous year) in 2021, in 2022 - UAH 5,089.4 billion hryvnias/183.8 billion dollars (104.3% compared to the previous year), in 2023 - 5,689.7 billion hryvnias/205.05 billion dollars (104.7% compared to the previous year).

In 2021, the consumer price index will be 108.1% (compared to the previous year), in 2022 - 106.7% (compared to the previous year), in 2023 - 106% (compared to the previous year).

Average monthly salary of employees: nominal - 13,632 hryvnias/492 dollars (in 2021), 15,414 hryvnias/556 dollars (in 2022), 17,169 hryvnias/620 dollars (in 2023).

Speaking on the number of people employed in economic activities aged 15-70: in 2021 - 16.36 million people, in 2022 - 16.66 million people, in 2023 - 16.84 million people.

As we reported earlier, according to UNICEF, the poverty rate in Ukraine may exceed 50% due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
