In the third quarter of 2019, the real GDP of Ukraine has increased by 0.6 percent in comparison with Q3 of 2018. By comparison with Q3 2018, it increased by 4.1 percent. Ukraine's State Statistics Service reported that on December 19.
The nominal GDP of Ukraine made some 46 million U.S. dollars; the GDP per capita made a little more than USD 1,000.
Previously, Finance Minister Oksana Markarova reported that the state debt of Ukraine currently makes 60 percent of the country's GDP. Previously, the share made 80 percent; Markarova said the government planned to cut the share even more in the next year.
The World Bank previously assumed that if the reforms in Ukraine continue, the economic growth of this country in 2020 could reach a rate of 3.7 percent.
