Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal has ordered the Finance Ministry together with the Fund of State Property during a month to prepare a list of objects for privatization for 2022-2023 as Shmygal reported on Telegram.
“We should already plan the further steps. That is why I ordered the Finance Ministry together with the Fund of State Property during a month to prepare the list of objects for privatization of 2022-2023,” the message says.
The PM also noted that according to the results of 2020, the income from privatization made 2.25 billion hryvnias ($83,841,637). This year, it is planned to attract up to 12 billion hryvnias ($447,155,400) to the state budget from the auctions and it is more than during the last five years.
As we reported, a large privatization campaign that is going on in Ukraine should add $ 1 billion to the state budget of Ukraine in the coming years.
